• How to use

1. Preparation:

• Shampoo hair with a mild cleanser (no conditioner), then towel-dry to remove excess moisture.

• Detangle hair gently.

• Put on gloves and cover shoulders with a cape.

2. Wrapping Hair:

• Section hair and wrap it evenly around perm rods.

• Make sure the hair is tensioned evenly to avoid uneven curls.

3. Applying the Perm Lotion (Solution):

• Apply the Wella Vitawell Perm Lotion (R Type) evenly over all the rods.

• Use a cotton strip around the hairline and a towel to avoid drips on the skin.

4. Processing Time:

• Cover with a plastic cap.

• Let it process for 10–20 minutes depending on hair type:

  • 10–12 mins for fine or damaged hair.

  • 15–20 mins for coarse or resistant hair.

• Perform a test curl: Unwind one rod to check if the curl has formed. If not, rewrap and check again in a few minutes.

5. Rinsing:

• Rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water for 5 minutes while rods are still in.

• Gently blot hair dry with a towel.

6. Neutralizing:

• Apply the neutralizer over the rods (if included in your kit or purchased separately).

• Leave it for 5–10 minutes.

• Then remove rods and reapply neutralizer for another 2–3 minutes.

• Rinse thoroughly and blot dry.

7. Aftercare:

• Avoid shampooing or wetting the hair for at least 48 hours.

• Use a moisturizing conditioner in the days after to maintain softness and bounce.
