Wella Vitawell Neutralizer is a professional-grade post-perm treatment solution designed to lock in and stabilize curls or waves after using a perm lotion. It is used in the second step of the perming process to re-bond the hair structure after it has been reshaped with a waving lotion.

• How to use

1. Towel Blot Hair:

   • Gently blot excess water from hair with a towel (leave it damp, not dripping wet).

2. Apply the Neutralizer:

   • While hair is still on the perm rods, evenly apply Wella Vitawell Neutralizer to all the rods.

   • Saturate each rod thoroughly to ensure proper neutralization.

3. Processing Time:

   • Let the neutralizer sit for about 5–10 minutes (check packaging if available, or test a strand).

4. Remove the Rods:

   • Carefully remove the rods without pulling or tugging on the hair.

5. Reapply Neutralizer:

   • After removing the rods, reapply neutralizer to the entire hair and leave it for another 3–5 minutes.

6. Rinse Thoroughly:

   • Rinse the hair well with lukewarm water for at least 5 minutes.

   • Do not shampoo immediately—wait 24–48 hours to let the curls set.
